Terms of Sale
These terms provide a general framework. The exact terms of each project are those stated in the accepted quotation, order form or other agreed contractual document.

1. Scope
These terms cover, in particular, design, manufacturing, supply, delivery and installation services offered by ATLAS WPC.
2. Quotation and approval
Projects are defined using available dimensions, layout, materials, finishes, quantities, options and requested services. An order becomes binding according to the terms stated in the accepted commercial document.
3. Custom-made products
Custom items are produced to approved dimensions, materials, colors, finishes and options. Changes after approval may affect price, timing or feasibility.
4. Price and payment
Prices, applicable taxes, transport, installation and payment terms are specified in the relevant offer. Indicative website prices do not replace a project quotation.
5. Timing
Timing depends on project complexity, approvals, materials, manufacturing and site conditions. A specific deadline is binding only when clearly confirmed in the order documents.
6. Delivery and installation
The customer must provide reasonable site access and disclose constraints that may affect delivery or installation.
7. Acceptance and after-sales
Visible issues should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed. Applicable remedies depend on the product, issue, contract and governing rules.
8. Cancellation and returns
Conditions depend on whether the item is standard or customized, the production stage and applicable rules. Exact terms are confirmed in project documents.
9. Disputes
The parties should first seek an amicable solution. If no solution is reached, applicable legal rules govern the dispute.
